Yes! For commission information, please send an email to hello@glenyse.com.

I am a curator or I own a gallery and I'd like to collaborate.

Items may not be purchased directly from the Shop for resale, without express consent.

What type of materials do you use and how do you finish your paintings?

With a combination of permanent waterproof lightfast inks, acrylics and water-based media, and white- or gold-ink pens. Originals on paper or panel are varnished with a liquid sealant to protect your painting from dust and light. Works on paper are framed behind UV-coated glass or plexi-glass for protection and preservation. Panels can be gallery-framed upon request, plexi-glass or glass is not required.

What are your framing options for original artwork?

We work closely with a professional framer in the St. Pete area.

How will the work be shipped?

FedEx, United States Postal Service or UPS for shipping. Your shipping fee covers the cost of postage and packing materials.

A tracking email will be provided once the painting has shipped so you will know when to expect your delivery.

Orders are shipped once a week. In a hurry? Send an email, and we can work together for a quicker solution.

How long does it take for me to receive my artwork?

Each painting is carefully packaged and requires time for drying, varnishing, and framing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders to arrive.

Prints arrive unframed within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Absolutely. Send a note to hello@glenyse.com prior to purchase and we can respond with your shipping quote.

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined based on the dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased, as well as the shipping destination.

Returns?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
